Learning to Knowing

As I delve into my pain-

swim around in my inflammation

The answers encrypted

deeply hidden beneath codes.

Set deep in my beliefs

Set deep in my muscles

Set deeply in my very core

In my very essence....

Dreams are common place

Strange, strange dreams revealed

They make up a part of the code

this is all a part of being healed....

Anger- dark and thick as tar

now highlighted by the light.

Vibrations move inside of me-

Hands and feet possess such heat,

purple surrounds me and peacefully

I surrender, I am lost....

I release control- 

I release how you see me....

Now I feel who I am

and I know that I know

All will be well.....
